Interest rates
Variable: Interest rates fluctuate with movements in three month LIBOR and are payable quarterly in arrears calculated on the balance outstanding. The margin over LIBOR is usually between 0.8% and 1.5%. Click here for up-to-date indicative rates.
Fixed: In order to protect against fluctuating interest rates, Interest Rate Swaps or Fixed Rate Agreements are offered at margins usually between 0.8% and 1.5% over the cost of funds. Click here for up-to-date indicative rates.
Gilt Related: The interest rate is fixed at completion and is payable quarterly or half-yearly in arrears and is calculated by adding a margin of 1.5% - 2.0% to the Redemption Yield of a UK Treasury Bond (Gilt) of a similar duration. Click here for indicative up-to-date rates.
